I am…

An excited, passionate storyteller of all forms of media: filmmaking, photography, writing and more. I focus primarily in cinematography but have strong backgrounds in creative writing and post-production, often working on projects from their Idea Stage to their Screening Stage.

I graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts after an unconventional academic journey, beginning at Hofstra University during COVID-19. My experience across different educations and across different parts of the country have leant me a caring heart and broad perspective of this nuanced world.

I never planned on this route for myself, but I’ve found that being a multifaceted artist has not only impacted my life greatly, but that of those around me, too. My thesis film and directorial debut at NYU, titled “When Skies Are Gray,” takes place where I grew up in Texas and tells the bittersweet story of my estranged relationship with my mother, touching several in my hometown community. This is the art I yearn to make — the real, the painful, the funny, the true-to-life.
