Kaylee (Lee) Rademacher is a storyteller through multiple forms: cinematography, writing and post production. She works in the camera department on a variety of productions, ranging from short films to advertisements, and as an editor for corporate and educational projects.

They graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 2024, focusing in digital cinematography. While attending NYU she wrote and directed “When Skies Are Gray,” her thesis film which takes place in her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas and which tells a bittersweet mother-daughter story. The film was recognized at multiple festivals between New York and Texas.

Kaylee finds herself drawn to a hyperrealistic visual style, engaging passionately with projects of the surreal, drama, and coming-of-age genres. They love quiet, patient character studies as well as loud, emotional family dramas, and aim in their work to amplify female, nonbinary and queer perspectives, especially in their relationship to traditionalism and conservatism.
